Steelton's Hygienic School

From John Weldon Scott, February 11, 2005  In reference to our article about the Hygienic School.

Great info. There was an article I read about the school board and John P. Scott was a member.  A friend told me her grandfather was John P. Scott and I told her I think he was the one. I do know that my grandfather, Prof. J. P. Scott knew Mr. Howard and I'm not sure who is who and what is what. Do you have a listing of the school board members and how they were selected? Could a person from Harrisburg be on the Board of Steelton?  I think at the time it was possible, especially for a Black school.
