Colored Man is No Slacker--Reply

From Emile Wilson, August 19, 2005  In reply to Calobe Jackson Jr.'s letter of March 11.

I remember seeing the poster in New Orleans in my fraternity brotherís grandfatherís bedroom. Timís grandfather, Mr. Duvernay, was a World War One vet. I admired and remembered the old poster. Years later, I saw the same poster at an antique shop in Mobile and my wife purchased it for me. It now hangs in my bedroom.
