URR NEWS: HOW TO FIND THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD IN YOUR COMMUNITY CONFERENCE AT KEYSTONE COLLEGE, LA PLUME, PENNSYLVANIA, SATURDAY, JUNE 25, 2005

The Center for Anti-Slavery Studies in Montrose, Pennsylvania, is sponsoring a one-day conference on How to Find the Underground Railroad in Your Community: UGRR Research Tools and Techniques, to he held at Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania. The Conference will include presentation by Karen James on "Tips, Tools and Techniques," by James McGowan on "The Work of William Still Made Accessible: World Premiere Still Database Demonstration, and by Sarah Smith Duckworth on Northeastern Pennsylvania's Underground Railroad History.
